Our Building Campaign is underway - Join Us!
Membership tiers were created to provide lasting value and meaningfulness to our contributors by giving them the opportunity to donate retreat stays to causes that are important to them.
These specific memberships are unique to the Building Campaign and once filled will no longer be available or offered again. This is to assure that The Delsa is not overextended in retreats and that all committed stays will be accommodated.
Contributions will be used to purchase the land, build the retreat, and hire the initial employees needed to oversee the gardens, property, and operations of The Delsa.
The Delsa is a 501c3 and all contributions are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
Rainmaker Membership
This onetime exclusive membership if for those who know they can make a bigger difference by joining hands with others and aren't afraid to take the lead!
While any amount may be raised as a private fundraiser for The Delsa, this membership offers the opportunity to obtain either the Visionary or Promotional Membership if one of those financial levels are met. The Rainmaker will receive all the benefit of the level accomplished, plus the top three Rainmakers will receive a special thank you gift from The Delsa in appreciation for your efforts!

Visionary Membership
This one-time exclusive membership provides a lifetime value to the contributor giving them opportunity to designate the annual use of the retreat for a cause that is meaningful to them.
Once the cumulative contributions in this membership equals $3M, these memberships will cease and will no longer be available.

Promotional Membership
This one-time exclusive membership provides value to the contributor by giving them opportunity to designate the use of the retreat for a cause that is meaningful to them. This may be used anytime within the first three years of the retreat opening.
Once the number of limited memberships available in this tier are filled, these memberships will cease and will no longer be available.
